Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a protein-containing solution by efficiently removing disrupted cell pieces from a disrupted cell suspension containing disrupted cell pieces. SOLUTION: A protein-containing solution is produced by efficiently removing disrupted cell pieces from a disrupted cell suspension by adding an amphoteric surfactant to the disrupted cell suspension. An epihalohydrin and/or 4-halo-3-hydroxybutyronitrile can be produced in high efficiency by using the protein-containing solution. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
