METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LAMINATED CORE AND METAL MOLD DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated core and a metal mold device, which improves productivity of the laminated core, is constituted by connecting each other a split laminated core, having a split yoke part and a teeth part, further reduces a production cost. SOLUTION: After a rotor core piece is punched to be formed from sheet material, a yoke part formed region connecting split iron core parts each other comprises a cut bending process for separating a connection part of adjacent split iron core pieces by shearing and bending it, a push back process for pushing back the bent sheet material so as to be flush with the sheet material, a slot punching process forming a prescribed number of slots in the sheet material so as to form a prescribed number of teeth parts, an inner diameter punching process punching a tooth tip formed in a prescribed number of the teeth parts, and a calking lamination process laminating a split iron core piece formed by punching the outer shape of the piece on the lower layer split iron core piece.
