Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue a workflow as much as possible even when an error occurs in a device for performing an activity. SOLUTION: When an error occurs in an activity being performed by a device X, a server notifies an alternative device to the device X (S92). An alternative device name (device Y) is displayed on the device X, and then an operator can request the server for a job list in the device Y (S93) and select an aborted job from the job list provided in response to the request.
