BEHAVIOR IDENTIFICATION DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve identification accuracy in identification of behavior of a moving body and to increase identifiable behavior of the moving body. SOLUTION: In observation of the moving body, first records including an observation value, an ID of the moving body, and an observation time are recorded successively, and one or more feature quantities representing features of the behavior of the moving body are extracted. When the behavior of the moving body cannot be identified from the extracted feature quantities based on a second database recording a second record including one or more feature quantities and a label representing the behavior, a third record including the feature quantities, a time representing an observation time when the feature quantities are extracted, and the ID of the moving body is stored in a third database. From feature quantities, which are determined to be identifiable, and the second database, the behavior of the moving body is identified, and a third record including an ID equal to the ID of the moving body, on which the behavior is identified, and a time having a difference within a first threshold value for a difference with the observation time of the moving body is detected, and a second record including the feature quantities included in the third record and a label representing the identified behavior of the moving body is added to the second database.
