MEDICAL OXYGEN CYLINDER TRACKING MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical oxygen cylinder tracking management and communication system that facilitates management of tracking of the location where a medical oxygen cylinder is installed and its residual capacity, while allowing a smooth operation of replacing the cylinder. SOLUTION: The medical oxygen cylinder tracking management and communication system 1 includes an IC tag 3 attached to a medical oxygen cylinder 2; an IC tag reader 4 for reading the IC tag 3; a cellphone 5 capable of receiving the information read by the IC tag reader 5; a center server 6 capable of communicating with the cellphone 5 via the Internet; and a management terminal 8 communicably connected with the center server 6. The cellphone 5 has a means or the like for sending the information received from the IC tag reader 4 and input information to the center server 6. The center server 6 has a means for updating information in a traceability database 21 based on the information received from the cellphone 5, and a means for sending the updated information to the management terminal 8.
