MEASUREMENT CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement control device capable of executing stable control to a multichannel measuring circuit. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a low speed bus using a PCI bus 4 or the like for imparting a data signal for controlling each measuring circuit 22, and a high speed bus for imparting the data signal to each measuring circuit 22 by using a transmission route 52. The number of the low speed buses is larger compared with the number of the high speed buses, concerning the number of buses used for each measuring circuit 22. A bus expansion module 1 expands the low speed buses and allocates them to each measuring circuit 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
