INSPECTION DEVICE FOR POWER FEED GRIP IN VERTICAL CONVEYOR TYPE CONTINUOUS PLATING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device in a vertical conveyor type continuous plating apparatus, for detecting the energizing state of a power feed grip during the movement of the power feed grip. SOLUTION: In a rail 2 at inspection positions for inspecting a power feed grip 1, two power feed parts 24a, 24b for inspection are provided so as to be arranged forward and backward. The interval between the power feed parts 24a, 24b for inspection is made the same as the interval between collecting brushes 21a, 21b, 21c, and further, the space therebetween and the space with the other part in the rail 2 are insulated, and a sensor 29 for detecting the power feed grip 1 is provided at a position where the head collecting brush 21a is in contact with the power feed part 24a for inspection on the forward side. When the sensor 29 detects the same, fixed electric current is made to flow between the power feed parts 24a, 24b for inspection, and a voltage relay 27 measuring the voltage between the power feed parts 24a, 24b for inspection and outputting a signal when the voltage reaches a set value or above is provided.
