SOLUTION: The conveying vehicle 2 also used for descending stairs comprises a seat part 15 on which a person is seated, a handle for operation, front wheels 7 and rear wheels 29 traveling on a flat ground, and crawlers 20 traveling on stairs when the vehicle descends the stairs, and is capable of changing the travel by the front wheels 7 and the rear wheels 29 and the travel by the crawlers 20 when the vehicle travels on the flat ground or descends the stairs.
