Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a mechanization of a winding to teeth of a stator core in an electric motor, and improve the rigidity of the entire stator core. SOLUTION: The electric motor 1 has the annular stator core 11. The stator core 11 is formed by integrally combining a first core 16 and a plurality of second cores 17. The first core 16 has a hub 14, and a plurality of the teeth 15A supported by the hub 14 and circumferentially disposed at a regular interval T. The hub 14 and a plurality of the teeth 15A are integrally formed. The second core 17 has a tooth 15B. The tooth 15B is circumferentially disposed between the adjacent teeth 15A in the first core 16. The winding is easily wound onto the first and second cores 16, 17 in a stand-alone state. Since a plurality of the teeth 15A are integrally formed, the rigidity is improved in comparison with a conventional divided stator core. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
