SOLUTION: The clinical examination information processing device processing a specimen analysis result obtained from a specimen analysis device analyzing a specimen is provided with a precision management analysis result approval screen display means for displaying a precision management analysis result approval screen, on which an approval input for a precision management analysis result obtained from the specimen analysis device analyzing a precision management specimen can be received, and a specimen analysis result approval means for performing approval processing about whether or not to approve specimen analysis result when the precision management analysis result is approved via the precision management specimen analysis result approval screen.
