Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently take out light from a light source and to suppress luminance unevenness in an optical sheet, a backlight unit using the same and a display device. SOLUTION: The optical sheet 21 used in the display device 100 has: a sheet-shaped light transmission part 4; a lens part 1 having a lens 1A and the like arranged on an emission side interface 4c to be one sheet surface of the light transmission part 4; and a light shielding part 5 having optical apertures 5a formed in positions respectively opposed to the lens 1A and the like on an incident side interface to be the other sheet surface of the light transmission part 4. The light transmission part 4 is provided with a boundary surface 4b changing from a relatively high refractive index to a relatively low refractive index in a position except the incident side interface 4a in the sheet thickness direction from the light shielding part 5 toward the lens part 1.
