SOLUTION: An optical fiber holder 20 has an outer peripheral portion 21 which is detachably stored in the housing 10 of the optical receiver 1 and where the excessive-length portion of the optical fiber can be wound and held, an internal space S into which the optical fiber can be introduced, and a link portion 26 that enables a communication cable introduced into the internal space S to be led out to the outer peripheral portion 21.
