Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure with high accuracy the effective stress of a concrete member. SOLUTION: A first strain gauge 11 is attached in a direction x to a side face of a reinforced concrete member 3, to which stress is applied in an x-direction x and a second strain gauge 12 is attached in a y-direction y thereto. A concrete piece is cut out, such that it includes the side face having attached thereto the first strain gauge 11 and the second strain gauge 12. Strain xin x-direction is detected via the first strain gauge 11 and a strain yin y-direction is detected by means of the second strain gauge 12; and when effective stresses σx, e are calculated, based on the detected strains x, y, portion corresponding to creep strain is removed.
