Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for nondestructively diagnosing filling material adhesion and execution circumstances of a tunnel, a slope, and an anchor; and to analyze corrosion soundness of a buried structure such as a guard fence prop, a metal prop or an underground tank. SOLUTION: A frequency of burst waves is circulated and changed and transmitted/received in order to analyze a minute reflection signal generated on the structure and a boundary surface in detail, and receiver sensitivity and a transmission voltage are synchronized with a variable transmission frequency and correction is performed in order to secure the measurement reproduction property which is an obstacle to signal waveform analysis, the minute reflection signal for each of the frequencies obtained is digitally processed, and a characteristic of the signal waveform is extracted, and assortment can be achieved.
