TEST HEAD AND POSITIONING TEMPLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand an arrangement space of components mounted on a performance board, in the test head of an IC tester. SOLUTION: A positioning template, arranged between the test head body 2 and the performance board 4 and forming a position regulation part 3a to an electrode terminal of the side of the test head body and a position regulation part 3b to the performance board, includes a first part (main plate) forming the position regulation parts 3a, 3b and a second part (sub-plate) detachable to the first part. A part of the components, mounted on the performance board, is arranged in a hole part 8a, after the sub-plate and hole parts 8f, 8g of the sub-plate is removed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
