SOLUTION: This heating cooker 100 comprises the heating chamber 101 for heating food 103, having an opening 119, a door 120 for opening and closing the opening 119, a light transmitting portion 130 composed of a material transmitting light and blocking the transfer of heat from the heating chamber 101, and a light emitting unit 150 disposed between the door 120 and the light transmitting portion 130 in a state that the door 120 closes the opening 119, and including a light-emitting diode for illuminating the inside of the heating chamber 101 through the light transmitting portion 130.
