Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing stainless-steel bar which enhances the durability for salt injury of a concrete structure, has an improved proportional elastic limit, an improved yield strength and an improved apparent Young's modulus, enables structural calculation to be similar to that for a plain reinforcing steel bar, and is also economically excellent. SOLUTION: The reinforcing stainless-steel bar comprises, by mass%, 0.15% or less C, 2.0% or less Si, 2.0% or less Mn, 0.05% or less P, 0.03% or less S, 8.0 to 13.5% Cr, 0.15% or less N, and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities; and has a proportional elastic limit of 200 MPa or more, and a 0.2% yield strength of 295 MPa or higher.
