Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisturizer composition excellent in moisture imparting effect, and to provide a method for modifying moisture retaining property of a soft solid surface. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a moisturizer composition characterized by comprising an anionic polymer (A), a cationic polymer (B), a polyhydric alcohol (C) and an aqueous liquid (D). The polyhydric alcohol (C) in the moisturizer composition preferably contains at least one selected from the group consisting of glycerol and derivatives of glycerol. The invention also relates to a method for modifying moisture retaining property of the flexible solid surface characterized by using the moisturizer composition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
