Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precursor of BaTiO3, and BaTiO3free from the generation of irregular particles caused by grinding, having a flat-shaped and large-sized crystal plane thin in the thickness direction and realizing the thinning of a green sheet, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide a green sheet realizing thinning using the BaTiO3. SOLUTION: A mixed aqueous solution in which (NH4)2TiF6, Ba(NO3)2and H3BO3are dissolved is prepared, and a water-soluble cation polymer is added to the mixed aqueous solution, so as to produce a BaTiO3precursor composed of BaTiOF4whose crystals are grown into a planar crystal form.
