SOLUTION: In the vibrator using a piezoelectric ceramic, the vibrator comprises a piezoelectric ceramic having a desired thickness, a first hole penetrating the piezoelectric ceramic in a first direction, a second hole penetrating the piezoelectric ceramic in a second direction rectangular to the first direction, a first electrode installed in a first face of the piezoelectric ceramic and a second electrode installed in a second face different from the first face.
