Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickled food product for a person deficient in masticating and swallowing function, which allows the person to perform masticating and swallowing easily, and to eat a meal such that he/she can sufficiently taste the peculiar eating quality of pickles, by using it along with boiled rice to which much water is added, e.g., soft boiled rice, as the meal for the person deficient in masticating and swallowing function. SOLUTION: The pickled food product is characterized by a mixture of cut pickles of 100 parts and seasoning liquid of 20-200 parts including a polysaccharide thickener, wherein the total adherability of the mixture is 500-1,000 J/m3.
