MONITOR CAMERA APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive surveillance camera apparatus which can monitor a plurality of moving images corresponding to a plurality of discretionary directions in the entire circumference within 360° by a single video camera at the same time, and can cover a wide range. SOLUTION: Reflection light from a mirror surface body which rotates at high speed in one direction is photographed with the video camera, image sampling is performed using a signal synchronous with the rotating angle of the mirror surface body while being adjusted by a unit of frame, furthermore tilt of the images is corrected whereby an image which can be monitored by a plurality of monitors is formed.
