MEASURING METHOD OF KINASE INHIBITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring a kinase inhibitor contained in a biological sample using the biological sample containing the kinase inhibitor and a cell for developing target kinase, an immunological measuring method for measuring the kinase inhibitor, and a reagent, kit, or the like for immunological measurement. SOLUTION: This measuring method of the kinase inhibitor contained in the biological sample includes a process (a) of bringing the biological sample into contact with the cell for developing the kinase working as the target of the kinase inhibitor, and a process (b) of measuring the substrate of the kinase as the target existing inside the cell and/or the phosphorylation level of kinase on the downstream side of the kinase as the target.
