Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture wound protective material excellent in stretchability and flexibility. SOLUTION: The wound protective material 11 comprises: a base material sheet 14 provided with a skin contact surface 12 and a non skin contact surface 13 and having stretchability in at least one direction; an adhesive layer 15 2 which is provided on the skin contact surface 12 of the base material sheet 14; and a pad material 16 attached to a part of the skin contact surface 12 of the base material sheet 14 through the adhesive layer 15 and abuts on a lesion site. On the pad material 16, a cut part 17 in a direction crossing the stretching direction of the base material sheet 14 is formed from one edge part in the pad material 16 to the other opposing edge part. Since the pad material 16 can be stretched and divided due to the stretch of the base material sheet 14 by the cut part 17, the stretchability and flexibility of the wound protective material 11 are improved.
