Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized linear motor that is high in efficiency, low in heat generation, and that can obtain uniform thrust force, extending to all the strokes. SOLUTION: A linear actuator is equipped with a coil structure and a movable member that undergoes linear reciprocating movement in the axial directions. The movable member has a first and a second magnets disposed in a space along the moving direction, and these two magnets are magnetized in reverse to each other. A third magnet is disposed in between the first and the second magnets and is magnetized along the moving direction. The coil structure has a set of coils, and the moving member is reciprocatively movable by feeding a current. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
