Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-luminous lighting system capable of clearly indicating a boundary line at nighttime, and detecting a distance from an object with high accuracy, when the object such as a vehicle approaches. SOLUTION: The self-luminous lighting system 100 comprises an illuminance sensor 9 for detecting the illuminance in a periphery of the system, a human detection sensor 4 and a distance sensor 8 with different detection principles for detecting the presence of the vehicle 300 in the periphery of the system, and a light-emitting part 2, which emits light when the illuminance of the periphery detected by the illuminance sensor 9, is relatively low and emits light, in response to the presence of the vehicle 300 detected by the human detection sensor 4 and the distance sensor 8.
