Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly install an incineration facility used for performing incineration processing of flammable industrial wastes on the premises of an asphalt concrete production plant, and to provide an energy saving method by installment of an industrial waste incineration facility in an asphalt-concrete production plant which can recover high-temperature retention heat generated by the incineration facility and which can use the recovered heat by an asphalt plant and achieve energy savings. SOLUTION: The incineration facility 3, which is used for performing incineration processing of flammable industrial wastes, is provided on the premises of the asphalt concrete production plant 1 where the asphalt plant 2 has been installed. Then the retention heat of high-temperature exhaust gas generated in the incinerator of the incineration facility 3 is recovered through the medium of an heat exchanger. Then energy savings can be achieved by using the recovered heat in the asphalt plant 2, and the consumption amount of heat energy in the asphalt concrete production plant 1 is controlled, thus energy savings can be achieved efficiently.
