Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrospun composition using vegetable polyphenol as base material, and to provide a method for producing such electrospun composition. SOLUTION: The electrospun composition can be obtained by subjecting the base material containing vegetable polyphenol to an electrospinning method. The composition comprises fibers, particles and mixture of fibers and particles.
