Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of making picking quantity desired quantity and capable of quantitatively supplying a low water-containing material in a method to pick the low water-containing material by using a crab bucket crane. SOLUTION: This picking method of the low water-containing material to pick the low water containing-material the water content of which is less than 50 mass% by using the crab bucket crane including weighing equipment 3 picks desired quantity of the low water-containing material in accordance with a relation of time after a crab bucket 1 grounds on a surface of the low water containing-material or reducing quantity of a weighing value by the weighing equipment and picking quantity of the low water-containing material by the crab bucket 1 by previously finding the relation.
