Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which can be opened by tearing it easily from prescribed spots on a peripheral heat-bonded part of the bag, can not be torn unavoidably, and is free from a danger of injuring the hands and fingers; to provide the packaging bag which allows even a visually handicapped person to find the tearing spots easily. SOLUTION: The packaging bag is characterized by an inner layer of heat adhesive resin layer which is sealed with the peripheral heat-bonded part, and an opening means composed of a plurality of fine notches for opening the packaging bag are formed on the prescribed spots on the outer edge of the peripheral heat-bonded part.
