Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening tool capable of surely fastening a screw to a workpiece while maintaining concentricity and receiving a turning torque of a rotary shaft of a nut runner under a large surface pressure. SOLUTION: A fastening tool 10 includes a link part 11; a machine side socket 12; a screw side socket 17; and a misalignment absorption cover 22 fitted around the link part 11, the machine side socket 12, and the screw side socket 17. Ball parts 112, 113 formed on both ends of the link part 11 are formed so as to have a hexagonal surface. A hole of the machine side socket 12 engaged with the ball part 112 is formed into a hexagonal hole part 151, and the hole of the screw side socket 17 engaged with the ball part 113 is formed into a hexagonal hole part 191. The misalignment absorption cover 22 is formed by an end part pipe 221, a plurality of slits 222, an intermediate pipe 223, and a coupling part 224, so as to be formed into a pipe body having elasticity.
