SURFACE-CONTACT JIG FOR STEEL SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface-contact jig for a steel sheet, which is small-sized and light-weighted, and which can conduct a surface-contact operation while maintaining a pressing state against steel sheets by a one-touch operation. SOLUTION: The surface-contact jig for a steel sheet includes: an expansion bar 1, whose length is adjustable; a fulcrum rod 2 hanging from an approximately central part of the expansion bar and having a fulcrum clamp 3, which clamps and fixes a corrugation cross part 51 of the lower steel sheet of a lap joint, at its bottom end; a rod body 34 mounted on one end of the expansion bar movably in a vertical direction; a die-pressing toggle mechanism 6 mounted on one end of the expansion bar and capable of moving the rod body 34 in a vertical direction by operation of an operation lever 37; a die-pressing rod 4 detachably attached to the lower end of the rod body and having a surface-contact die 5 with a shape corresponding to the corrugation of the lap joint; and a reaction stand 7, which hangs from the other end part of the expansion bar, and whose lower part is pressed against the lower steel sheet of the lap joint.
