PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a telephone control apparatus which manages a mobile phone using a temporary registration state, to be utilized by the mobile phone. SOLUTION: In a mobile phone 1, when connecting to a telephone control apparatus 2B, a location registration unit 17B transmits a location registration request to the telephone control apparatus 2B and stores, in a storage unit 16, a location registering status as a location registration progress status 16B. In response to the receipt of a location registration completion notice returned from the relevant telephone control apparatus 2B, it is stored that the registration has been completed, as the location registration progress status 16B in the storage unit 16, and in accordance with a call originating operation in a case where the location registration progress status 16B in the storage unit 16 indicates a location registering status, a call control unit 17A transmits a call origination request to the telephone control apparatus 2B under location registering.
