TRANSFER FILM, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FLAT PANEL DISPLAY MEMBER USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film capable of improving the secondary electron emission characteristic and emission efficiency of a protective film, of improving a panel characteristic such as improvement of discharge delay, and of forming a dielectric layer high in diffusion transmittance after baking. SOLUTION: This transfer film comprises: a support film; a second film formation material layer contacting the support film, and containing glass powder; and a first film formation material layer stacked on the second film formation material layer, and containing glass powder; and is characterized in that a glass softening point T1of the glass powder included in the first film formation material layer and a glass softening point T2of the glass powder included in the second film formation material layer are in a certain range to a baking temperature T0.
