Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for manufacturing a multilayer optical recording medium provided with a non-recording layer which hardly receives damage by laser light, to provide a multilayer structural body for an optical recording medium and to provide the multilayer optical recording medium. SOLUTION: The multilayer optical recording medium 10 is manufactured using the sheet 1 for manufacturing the multilayer optical recording medium formed by layering an optical recording layer 11 containing a multiphoton absorption dyestuff and the non-recording layer 12 which does not substantially contain the multiphoton absorption dyestuff, contains no aromatic compound and has adhesiveness.
