DATABASE MIGRATION METHOD, DATABASE SYSTEM AND DATABASE MIGRATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To gradually integrate databases by minimizing burdens applied to a user. SOLUTION: An initial migration data is created on the basis of a backup of a first database, and the initial migration data is migrated to a first region. Next, a difference after the time of the initial migration of the first database is reflected in the first region. Business execution is then switched to an integrated database system. Next, a backup of the first region is created in a second region. The initial migration data is then created on the basis of a backup of a second database, and the initial migration data is migrated to the second region. Difference data in the first region and a difference after the time of an initial migration in the second database are then reflected in the second region. Business performed in the first region and business performed in the second database are also switched to execution in the second region.
