CONDUCTIVE ROLL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roll which has a conductive core body and a conductive elastic body layer both having uniform adhesive properties and uniform electric properties, these properties capable of being maintained with time, and which prevents the occurrence of image defects over a long period of time and to provide a manufacturing method of the conductive roll. SOLUTION: The conductive roll is configured so that the conductive roll has the conductive core body 10 and the conductive elastic body layer 30 which is stuck to the circumference of the core body through an adhesive layer 20 including conductive powder, the conductive elastic body layer includes an elastic body containing a polar rubber and the adhesive layer has a first adhesive layer which is provided on the circumferential surface of the core body and contains at least one selected from among a polyolefin resin, a phenol resin and a chlorinated rubber and a second adhesive layer which is provided on the surface on the core body side of the conductive elastic body layer and contains the polyolefin resin.
