SOLUTION: A negative photosensitive planographic printing plate is characterized in that a photosensitive layer disposed on a support contains a photo-radical generator, a sensitizer showing absorption in a wavelength region from visible light to IR light and sensitizing the photo-radical generator, a compound having an ethylenic double bond, and a salt of an inorganic acid or an organic acid.
