SOLUTION: The film type optical waveguide 1 includes a lower clad layer 2, a core part 3 and an upper clad layer 4. The outer face of at least one of the lower clad layer 2 and the upper clad layer 4 has polyimide film layers 7 and 8 via hardened films 5 and 6 of a radiation curing adhesive composition composed of (A) polyfunctional epoxy monomer having 2 or more functions (except one containing (meth)acryloyl group), (B) polyfunctional oxetane monomer having two or more functions, (C) compound having at least one or more (meth)acryloyl group and at least one or more epoxy group in one molecule, and (D) a cationic photopolymerization initiator.
