Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a device position detection sensor capable of reducing costs, as well as, improving working efficiency, while dispensing with a space in which a light receiver is disposed with the device between a light source and the light receiver. SOLUTION: The device position detection sensor that emits light from a light source in parallel with a device contact face in a recessed pocket and determines, if the device is set to a proper position comprises: a reflector disposed across the device from the light source and reflecting the emitted light; and a light receiver for receiving the light reflected from the reflector and detecting lifting of the device.
