Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a rotation transmitting member and a fastening bolt by increasing closely contacting force between the outer peripheral face of a rotating shaft and the inner peripheral face of a rotation transmitting member to be externally fitted to the outer peripheral face thereof. SOLUTION: The rotation transmitting member comprises a friction fastening member 11 whose diameter can be shrunk in the direction of the inner diameter, having a cylindrical inner peripheral face adapted to closely contact the outer peripheral face of the rotating shaft, the friction fastening member 11 having a first tapered portion formed radially outside, a fastening member having a second tapered portion formed radially inside to contact the first tapered portion, and a changing means for changing a contacting condition between the first tapered portion and the second tapered portion. The cylindrical inner peripheral face of the friction fastening member 11 is covered with an non-electrolysis nickel layer 40 containing dispersed diamond particles 43.
