Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track structure and its construction method, easy in installation, while having excellent vibration control effect. SOLUTION: This track structure has a sleeper 13 supporting a pair of rails, a sleeper support member 12 supporting the sleeper, and a fastening material 16 fastening the sleeper to the sleeper support member, and has a sleeper fitting groove 12b having a pair of support side inclined faces 12a extending so as to be orthogonal to the rail 15 and gradually narrowing downward from above on both sides, in an upper part of the sleeper support member, and has an elastic member 14 between the support side inclined face and a support object side inclined face by fitting a lower part of the sleeper to the sleeper fitting groove by opposing a pair of support object side inclined faces 13a corresponding to the pair of support side inclined faces.
