Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous carburizing furnace which has an intermediate door installed in each space between respective adjacent regions out of a plurality of regions that are continuously placed in the upstream side of a carburization zone, while keeping a plane shape of a transportation path linear. SOLUTION: This continuous carburizing furnace has a carry-in chamber 20, a purge chamber 21 and a heating chamber 22 arranged in this order along a transporting direction, in the upstream of the carburization zone 23 in the transporting direction of a tray 200 which has mounted a work-piece thereon; pallets 131 to 133; and is provided with a pusher device 2, and a pusher and puller device 3. Each of the pallets 131 to 133 has one of the trays 200A to 200C mounted thereon, and is arranged so as to freely reciprocate along the transporting direction (X) on the same plane. The pusher device 2 presses the trays 200A to 200C in the transporting direction (X). The pusher and puller device 3 presses the pallets 131 to 133 integrally in the transporting direction and pulls back the respective pallets 131 to 133 to the plurality of respective regions.
