Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a work plan on power interruption is only adjusted in a self-section since documents related to system work in an electric office are generated in respective sections under the control, that adjustment with the other section is not performed and that adjustment is performed by a person adjusting power interruption, who specially takes charge of adjustment of power interruption. SOLUTION: In generation of the documents required for supervisory-controlling a power system, an input content between the documents is used by sharing a database.
