MOVING IMAGE RECORDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image recorder for automatically recording the program search signal of an important scene to recorded moving images. SOLUTION: A character string and a weight coefficient for the time of calculating an importance degree determined corresponding to the appearing frequency of the character string are acquired, the recording of moving images is started from the prescribed time, and also, a heading signal for heading the moving image from an optional timing within the recorded moving images can be recorded in the recorded moving images. Write information written by characters to an electronic bulletin board is continuously acquired after the prescribed time comes, the acquired character string is retrieved from the write information written within a prescribed time period in the acquired write information, and the importance degree of the character string is calculated on the basis of the number of retrieved character strings and the weight coefficient. When the calculated importance degree exceeds a prescribed threshold, control is executed so as to record the heading signal to the moving image recorded at the time corresponding to within the prescribed time period.
