IP TELEPHONE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP telephone system in which each of IP telephone terminals can acquire a LAN telephone number and an IP address even when a band of a communication line for connecting an IP address providing server to a plurality of IP telephone terminals is small. SOLUTION: This IP telephone system includes: the plurality of IP telephone terminals and the IP address providing server. The IP telephone terminals each include a means for storing a priority order list for requesting the provision of an IP address to the IP address providing server, a means for transmitting an instruction of acquiring an IP address to any one of the IP telephone terminals having lower priority on the basis of the priority order list if it is judged that the IP address can be acquired; and a means for requesting the IP address providing server to provide an IP address without waiting the acquiring instruction if it is judged that the IP address telephone terminal to which its own device belongs is the top priority, and requesting the IP address providing server to provide an IP address after receiving the acquiring instruction if it is judged that the IP telephone terminal to which its own device belongs is not the top priority.
