JUNCTION TERMINAL STRUCTURE BETWEEN COIL TERMINAL WIRE AND JUNCTION TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction terminal structure between a coil terminal wire and a terminal by which failure of melting can be eliminated and electrical connection and strength at welded portions can be also ensured. SOLUTION: The junction terminal structure is used to joint a conductor of a coil terminal wire, and a junction terminal and is provided with a band-like junction terminal 2. The tip of the junction terminal is projected from both sides of the junction terminal 2 in the direction of width, so as to form a projection 2C, and pinching parts 2A and 2B are formed at the junction terminal 2. A conductor 1, wherein the insulation film of the conductor of the coil terminal wire is peeled beforehand, is accompanied by the junction terminal 2, and the conductor 1 of the coil terminal wire is caulked and held like a polygon or a cylinder by the pinching parts 2A and 2B, and then the projection 2C of the junction terminal 2 and the conductor 1 of the coil terminal wire are subjected to arc welding.
