Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning method toner for a two-component developer, the toner capable of reducing changes in the image density with time upon forming images or reducing toner scattering, to provide a two-component developer containing the above spinning method toner for a two-component developer, and to provide an image forming apparatus using the two-component developer. SOLUTION: The spinning method toner for a two-component developer is to be used in an image forming apparatus that employs a system of forming an electrostatic latent image on the surface of a photoreceptor, forming a magnetic brush of the two-component developer on the surface of a magnetic roll, transferring only the toner from the magnetic brush to the surface of a developing roller disposed opposing to the photoreceptor to form a toner layer, and scattering the toner from the toner layer to develop the electrostatic latent image on the photoreceptor surface into a toner image. The toner is characterized in that the absolute average of the charge distribution q/d is from 0.45 fC/μm to 0.6 fC/μm and that the standard deviation of the charge distribution q/d is not more than 0.24.
