Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an inhabitant in a town feels hurt since a caution is given to the effect that a setting is not allowed even where the inhabitant is to set a point in a gated community as a destination or a place of departure. SOLUTION: If a point inputted as a destination is included in the gated community 3, whether the caution 4 is output or not depends on the propriety of entry into the gated community 3. That is, if the entry into the gated community 3 is permissible, the caution 4 is not output. In this event, the destination is set to be the gated community 3. In the meantime, if the entry into the gated community 3 is impermissible, the caution 4 is output.
