Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom part heat insulation construction method for a low temperature tank wall surface capable of extremely efficiently constructing a bottom part heat insulation layer at low cost, attaining outstanding improvement of working environment, and constructing the bottom part heat insulation layer with sufficient finishing. SOLUTION: The bottom part heat insulation construction device 12 provided with an endless belt 19 for forming a hard urethane pouring space 17 of required thickness between a wall surface portion 8A becoming a heat insulation construction object and it and a glass mesh feeding device 20 capable of paying out and tensionedly providing the glass mesh 10 on a surface of the endless belt 19 over a range of required vertical height or more is installed on a bottom part of the low temperature tank 7. A urethane raw liquid pouring head 21 attached to the bottom part heat insulation construction device 12 is reciprocated/moved in a left/right horizontal direction, and the hard urethane raw liquid is poured into the pouring space 17 and is foamed. Thereby, a predetermined bottom part heat insulation layer 11 in which PUF 9 and the glass mesh 10 are integrally molded is constructed on a bottom part wall surface portion 8A at the field.
